Based upon eight years of varied experience with The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, from software installation and training to automotive products and computer systems sales and sales training, he has the well-balanced background from which to lead, educate and consult with both sales professionals and clients alike.
Leigh Koulouras has over eight years in the automotive marketing industry as well as 15 years of marketing research experience. Koulouras joined DPS in 2007 from Intermark Advertising Agency where she was an account supervisor for the Western Regional dealerships under the Sonic Automotive Group where she was the Account Supervisor for the Southern California dealerships. While at the Sonic Automotive Group, she purchased multiple verticals and designed print ad schedules. Koulouras is also a decorated writer, having been published in 14 national marketing and research journals. She holds a BA from the University of North Texas, a MS from Baylor University and a PhD from the University of Southern California.
Kirk Cave is a third generation "Car Guy" and has spent his entire life in the automotive industry. At DPS, he has been tasked with the development and acquisition of new business. After working both dealership variable and fixed operations positions for over 20 years, Kirk has enjoyed visiting and consulting automotive dealers since 2001. His passion for "all things automotive" has helped dealers effectively improve their CSI, retention, processes and profitability. He also had the pleasure of working with many OEMs including Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo. Kirk also led sales teams at Dealer Tire and Peak Performance.
