Timothy has extensive knowledge in the design, implementation and execution of national manufacturer program rollouts and campaigns. As the Vice President of Sales for Service Systems Enterprises, one of the original service reminder providers, he helped grow the company from a "start-up" to over 1,500 dealer clients with three national automotive program endorsements. When Service Systems Enterprises was acquired by The Reynolds & Reynolds Company in 1995, O'Neill became first their Director, National Sales of Customer Marketing Services and later a Regional Vice President for the entire Automotive Division. As a strategic thinker with a strong ability to comprehend the marketplace, Timothy leads by doing and has a tremendous record of motivating people to achieve more than they felt capable of achieving.
