we have done business for many years, I find it appropriate
to thank you for the great effort you and your company
have shown to the entire Patrick Dealer Group. Since
the inception of your company's services all of our
stores we have seen significant improvements. The
database marketing programs and the CSI calling are
of the highest quality we have experienced within
the industry. It is my belief, however, that the greatest
benefit of your company is yourself and the people

Since making the change from Newgen, we have seen
an increase in the number of communications to our
customers increase substantially while reducing cost
by 40%! Recently under your new structure we have
actually seen an additional reduction in our cost
while seeing an even greater number of people bringing
the letters. Without a doubt, however, the biggest
impact that you've made is with your CSI calling.
I've attached a copy of our Nissan report, which shows
our three-month scores from just before you started
the calls to when you began calling our customers.
Our returned surveys went up almost 50%. The Overall
Service Index score went up 24 points in just two
