Since making the change from Newgen, we have seen an increase in the number of communications to our customers increase substantially while reducing cost by 40%! Recently under your new structure we have actually seen an additional reduction in our cost while seeing an even greater number of people bringing the letters. I've attached a copy of our Nissan report, which shows our three-month scores from just before you started the calls to when you began calling our customers. Our returned surveys went up almost 50%.
