Tim O'Neill - President

Having spent 20 years in sales and marketing management, with
the last fifteen dedicated to database management and marketing
in the automotive industry, Tim has proven to be a true leader
and visionary within the automotive distributor and franchise
community. Having extensive knowledge in the design,
implementation and execution of National Manufacturer program
rollouts and campaigns.
A strategic thinker, with a strong ability to comprehend the
marketplace, is a team player that leads by "doing" and has a
tremendous record of motivating people to achieve more than
they felt capable of achieving.
Tim's spectrum of accomplishments includes:
Regional Sales Director - Reynolds and Reynolds, Automotive
Division - responsible for all facets of R&R business from
computer systems, and business forms to CRM/eCRM.
National Sales Director - Reynolds and Reynolds, Customer
Marketing Services Division - database management and
marketing solution designed to enable automotive dealerships
to improve customer retention and further penetrate their
marketplace, helped secure 5 National Manufacturer programs
and endorsements.
Vice President of Sales - Service Systems Enterprises Inc.
(SSEI) - a pioneer in the CRM arena within the automotive
industry that grew from "start up" to over 1500 dealer
clients and 3 manufacturer national program endorsements.
Gunnar Winckler - Chief Operating Officer

With a little over 10 years in the automotive dealership
market, Gunnar brings sound, strategic thinking and
a consultative approach to help automotive dealerships
truly understand and evaluate their marketing strategies.
Coupled with that is great passion and commitment
to building the DPS sales team into an industry force
of dedicated, knowledgeable individuals who constantly
strive to bring value to each and every customer.
Based
upon eight years of varied experience with the Reynolds
and Reynolds Company, from software installation and
training to automotive products and computer systems
sales and sales training, he has the well-balanced
background from which to lead, educate and consult
with sales people and clients alike.
As
Sales Director for the Central Region, Gunnar is responsible
for growing and directing all of the sales professionals
within the Central Region, as well as, helping to
foster and develop automotive manufacturer relations
and marketing programs.
Gunnar has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from
the University of Michigan.
Christopher Bedard - Vice President of Sales

With
more than 14 years of industry experience in the
automotive arena, Chris has distinguished himself as
a leader in both executive management roles and as
an individual contributor. Chris’s career has been
focused on implementing consultative selling systems
that help dealerships find and exploit revenue
streams they previously had done little with. He
has always been a dynamic and highly conscientious
sales and management executive with demonstrated
skill in steering optimum revenue increases and
shaping corporate culture toward incremental revenue
growth. Recognized for an innate ability to
optimize sales and marketing operations, as well as
to build and motivate teams to go beyond established
goals. He has throughout his career been a reliable
leader and growth focused mentor with comprehensive
knowledge of the automotive industry, broad
marketing knowledge, holistic set of sales and
management qualifications, and a reputation of
integrity in providing excellent service.
His Career
Highlights Include:
Area Director of Sales for
Autobase where his teams consistently ranked #1 in total
Revenue and Profits within the company. His role there
focused on managing sales teams that sold CRM technology
to the automotive market place. Prior to his director
role, he was an individual contributor and consistently
finished first in gross sales.
Major
Account Executive for Reynolds where Chris consistently
finished in the top 5% of the company in gross sales.
His focus was converting large strategic dealer groups
that were committed to competitor’s products and
services. It was his job to craft unique business case
and return on investment schedules that demonstrated the
profit potential of the Reynolds solution.
Chris
holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Economics from
the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Chris Behnke – Director of eMedia
Chris
joined the DPS team in April 2005. As a member of
the DPS team, Chris is responsible for creating marketing
communications, business analysis, and supporting
the sales team.
Prior
to joining DPS, Chris spent nearly 4 years with the
Marketing Services Division at Reynolds & Reynolds.
He began as a Program Consultant, working directly
with over 150 dealers throughout the US. Chris later
moved into Product Operations where he oversaw the
on-going support and development of the Marketing
Services Division’s in-house mailing software.
A
graduate of the Loyola University of Chicago’s School
of Business with a major in Marketing, Chris has held
a wide variety of positions throughout his career
including: Audience Development Coordinator, Conference
Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and
Co-op Program Administrator.
Richard
Benner – Director of I.T. Services
A
versatile IT professional with over 20 years of IT
industry experience, Rich has broad capabilities in
system design, application development and call center
design operation, as well as technical support.
Over
the last 10 years, Rich has focused primarily on Call
Center Administration, LAN/WAN applications, SQL,
Internet & Exchange administration, along with
Anti-Intrusion and Security Design, Wi-Fi and Active
Directory. He is also a Certified Professional with
credentials in MCSE, and MCP+I.
Additionally,
Rich brings innovation thinking, enthusiasm and leadership
to DPS. Through technology and diligence, he efficiently
enables mission-critical objectives allowing DPS and
its clients to achieve their business goals.
Jeff Flodin – Data Services Manager

Jeff
combines the knowledge and experience of the IT world
with a strong background in customer service and marketing.
Jeff leads an IT staff at DPS that is devoted to
customer satisfaction and works with customers directly
to ensure the highest level of communication, ultimately
resulting in better execution on behalf of our clients.
It is the customer-centric culture that Jeff promotes
and exemplifies that sets himself and DPS apart from
any other company in its space.
Jeff
also brings a sound knowledge of call center operations
and the technology to drive comprehensive metric analysis
of results.
Jeff
has a Bachelor of Science in Programming and Systems
Design from Northern Illinois University with a minor
in sales and marketing. He has been in the automotive
industry since 2000 specializing in data management,
data mining and database-driven marketing for CRM
& CLM programs.
Mark Heller
- Senior Developer

Mark's
involvement with computers began in 1981. He opened his own computer consulting business
and retail stores serving the home market, businesses and government agencies in and around
the Chicago area for 13 years.
He was instrumental in introducing and advancing computer technologies with local
law enforcement agencies, park districts, school districts and the business sector.
His
expertise at building and managing IT departments, his broad knowledge base
of hardware and software and his desire to excel in whatever he does is a great asset to DPS.
His
vision for the future of DPS and his adherence to IT standards and a structured
IT Department combined with his strong desire for customer service
will help drive DPS to it's next level.
Peggy
Czarnik – Comptroller

With
a proven record of significant accomplishment, Peggy
brings a wealth of experience and talent in many areas
of DPS' business. For 35 years Peggy worked
for a major corporation in two significant areas.
First, she developed, trained, and implemented customer
service programs and was responsible for sustaining
consistent execution of those initiatives. Only
through strong organizational and managerial skills
could this be accomplished, and Peggy was consistently
recognized for her achievements.
Additionally,
Peggy had significant responsibilities in accounting
and auditing business operations for cash management,
cost control and improving productivity. A self-starter
with a commitment to excellence, she developed a cash
management program that was instituted in over 100
locations and was eventually promoted to auditor of
those locations as well.
Through
the disciplines she developed, Peggy moved to the
role of managing and facilitating all new hire orientation
and training classes for 35 store locations.
Peggy
has been consistently recognized for leadership and
the successful development and execution of key programs
and brings great passion to serving our customers
and our overall business every day.
Anna
Kurtjian – Client Services Specialist

With
almost 20 years of experience in customer support,
Anna brings a tremendous passion for ensuring customers
get handled efficiently and in a very professional
manner. Through sincere dedication to serving DPS’
clients for over a year now, Anna has earned the trust
and respect from her peers, as well as our clients
for getting the job at hand completed.
Anna’s
background includes business & accounting, as
well as customer support in a variety of industries
and corporate cultures. From major companies such
as Allstate Insurance, to Dominick’s Grocery, and
also a private, family-owned business, Anna has continued
to serve customers to ensure satisfaction and therefore
enhance customer retention. While also getting involved
in the accounting and business end of the operations,
Anna developed an attention to detail necessary to
ensure a disciplined and competent organization ready
to serve its customers.
Anna
has adapted to the quick paced environment of DPS
and our dealer clients and has proven a valuable asset
to both the external client and the internal operations
of Dealer Product Services; and always with a smile.
